Maximum of 2 guests per room. - An additional guest fee of $35 per day will apply.
- All guests must present valid identification and register at reception upon check-in.
- Hotel Policy Notice:
• Security Deposit: A mandatory $200 security deposit is required before check-in. It must be paid by credit card and will be fully refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages or incidentals.
• Cleaning Fee: Apartment and rooms with kitchenettes are subject to a $150 cleaning fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Some exceptions may apply.
• Cancellations will be honored free of charge only if made 48 hours prior check-in time.
• Guest Conduct: Any guest found in violation of hotel policies will be required to check out immediately, and refunds will not be issued. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.
• Key Card Replacement: Please note that key cards replaced more than 3 times are subject to a $10 fee at the time of replacement. - Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if cigarette smoke is detected.
- Any damage to the property or excessive cleaning required will result in a minimum charge of $200 applied to the credit card on file.
- Inappropriate behavior on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund.
